Weekend Preview
As Sheffield Wednesday WFC make their final preparations for this weekend’s game at Curzon Aston, midfield star Leanne De Silva has told her team mates that if they show the same work ethic as in last week’s 2-1 win over Preston North End then 3 points is possible.

The Owls, who have won 3 of their opening 4 games of 2010, will be looking to keep the winning momentum up in this weekend’s game.

The Owls have a full in-form squad to pick from, with the return to full training of Leanne De Silva and also Katie Nutter looking to make her second appearance since signing last week.

De Silva commenting on this week’s fixture "This Sunday’s game is the biggest game of the season and we will go into the game with great confidence. Curzon are a good side and have some great players, so it's not going to be easy but I believe if we work hard and take our chances we can take all 3 points from the game."

"The girl's have been working extremely hard on and off the pitch. After the win at home to Preston it just shows the determination and the team spirit we have all got here at Sheffield Wednesday."
